Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a management strategy according to which – as part of the Scarlett Group – we voluntarily take into account social interests, environmental aspects or relations with various stakeholder groups, especially employees, in our activities.

We invest in human resources, environmental protection, relations with the company’s environment, and report on these activities, which contributes to Preventec’s competitiveness and the formation of conditions for sustainable social and economic development.

  • Both in business dealings and internally – in relations between employees, we place great importance on ethical behavior and conduct in line with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Each of our current and new employees is required to read and abide by the principles described in the Scarlett Group Code of Conduct. The Code works in conjunction with internal policies and procedures, is based on our corporate values for sustainable and responsible operations, and is in line with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standard.
  • In all of its operations, Preventec ensures full compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of the locations in which it operates. Our suppliers must have quality management systems and be able to demonstrate the level of compliance of their operations with laws and regulations.
  • We use internationally recognized standards to enhance social and environmental responsibility and business ethics.
  • We emphasize the promotion of ethical values and behavior directed toward respect for human rights among stakeholders, mainly our employees and contractors.

We make it a priority to comply with all applicable regulations regarding working time, overtime, wages and other employer benefits. Salaries are paid in a timely manner in accordance with applicable guidelines.

We value a diverse, inclusive work environment, and do not discriminate or tolerate discrimination based on gender, age, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ancestry or any other characteristic protected by law. We do not use forced labor of any kind. Employees are provided with control over their data and do not pay any fees to obtain and maintain employment. The use of any kind of physical and/or psychological coercion, including bullying, is prohibited.
